Your role as a salesperson with management and administrative responsibilities

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, manage the stockroom, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks as a salesperson, you will work with management and administrative responsibilities, which means that you:

• Work with the store manager to achieve the store's goals with high quality and accuracy.
• Are responsible for the assortment, logistics, display, and continuously provide information to the staff in the store.
• Substitute for the store manager when needed, which involves staff planning and leadership.
• Ensure that regulations and documentation procedures are followed.
• Maintain administrative order in the office and know when and how documents should be archived.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of legal age (at least 20 years old) to meet the customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varied hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and late evenings.
• Is meticulous and flexible, and generously shares your knowledge.
• Has a strong interest in store operations and leadership and understands the value of utilizing colleagues' expertise.
• Dares to make and stand by uncomfortable decisions.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, working in a service profession and/or with food and beverages, as well as experience in leadership or participation in a management team.
